Next week, Kate Kane (Ruby Rose) has her work cut out for her when a new villain - who isn't Catwoman - descends on Gotham with the intent to rob every jewelry store in sight, which results in a pretty big showdown as the two ladies throw down in a museum battle.

Meanwhile, Catherine (Elizabeth Anweis) has an uncomfortable encounter with Alice (Rachel Skarsten) and Batwoman pays fangirl Mary (Nicole Kang) a visit to ask for a favor.

"Who Are You?" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, DLV) (HDTV)

ALL THAT GLITTERS - A new villain with an eye for all things that sparkle drops in on the city. Kate (Ruby Rose) attempts to find a balance between her personal life and her new role as Gotham's guardian. Catherine (Elizabeth Anweis) has an uncomfortable encounter with Alice (Rachel Skarsten) who always seems to be one step ahead of the Kane family. Batwoman pays fangirl Mary (Nicole Kang) a visit to ask for a favor. Meanwhile, Jacob (Dougray Scott) and Sophie (Meagan Tandy) try to piece together who was after their prisoner. Luke (Camrus Johnson) continues to finetune Batwoman's arsenal of weapons as the pair track their unwelcome visitor and discover she has more sinister plans than snatching shiny objects. Holly Dale directed the episode written by Nancy Kiu and Denise Harkavy (#104). Original airdate 10/27/2019.

Kate Kane never planned to be Gotham's new vigilante. Three years after Batman mysteriously disappeared, Gotham is a city in despair. Without the Caped Crusader, the Gotham City Police Department was overrun and outgunned by criminal gangs. Enter Jacob Kane and his military-grade Crows Private Security, which now protects the city with omnipresent firepower and militia. Years before, Jacob's first wife and daughter were killed in the crossfire of Gotham crime. He sent his only surviving daughter, Kate Kane, away from Gotham for her safety. After a dishonorable discharge from military school and years of brutal survival training, Kate returns home when the Alice in Wonderland gang targets her father and his security firm, by kidnapping his best Crow officer Sophie Moore. Although remarried to wealthy socialite Catherine Hamilton-Kane, who bankrolls the Crows, Jacob is still struggling with the family he lost, while keeping Kate -- the daughter he still has -- at a distance. But Kate is a woman who's done asking for permission. In order to help her family and her city, she'll have to become the one thing her father loathes -- a dark knight vigilante. With the help of her compassionate stepsister, Mary, and the crafty Luke Fox, the son of Wayne Enterprises' tech guru Lucius Fox, Kate Kane continues the legacy of her missing cousin, Bruce Wayne, as Batwoman. Still holding a flame for her ex-girlfriend, Sophie, Kate uses everything in her power to combat the dark machinations of the psychotic Alice, who's always somewhere slipping between sane and insane. Armed with a passion for social justice and a flair for speaking her mind, Kate soars through the shadowed streets of Gotham as Batwoman. But don't call her a hero yet. In a city desperate for a savior, she must first overcome her own demons before embracing the call to be Gotham's symbol of hope.

Batwoman features:
Ruby Rose as Kate Kane/Batwoman
Rachel Skarsten as Alice
Meagan Tandy as Sophie Moore
Nicole Kang as Mary Hamilton
Camrus Johnson as Luke Fox
Elizabeth Anweis as Catherine Hamilton-Kane
Dougray Scott as Jacob Kane

Batwoman returns with an all-new episode on October 27

Right now, it could use the touch of pretty much anyone that isn't the current creative team. This feels like a cheesy superhero show from 2004, but somehow even worse.

How long do you guys think this will actually last?? I bet it barely makes it past crisis. This just is not interesting. At all. The only reason I keep watching is for Batman to show up in more flashbacks. They should move Batwoman to Legends. She is the type of character that would fit that show. A C-lister who can't carry her own show but interesting enough to warrant minor attention.

The should use the new HBO Max streaming service to re-imagine these shows. I think it would give them more creative freedom and perhaps a bigger budget!

This is a solid show. I’m also digging Nancy Drew... not getting any attention on this site but it’s a good show. Starting a bit of a horror mystery vibe right now with a ghost story.

It was an o.k.a.y. episode, definitely the weakest of the three so far. Just kind of there. It was nice to finally get the updated suit, and I liked the stuff with Luke, but otherwise I didn't overly for most of the rest.

Thankfully she only said she was better because she was here. Which is true in a way. Batman isnt here, she is and she can get the job done. You just know`people would bitch if she just said she was better.

There’s def been some great things pulled right out of the comic.
But it feels like people who have no interest in comics, as a fan or a a creative are behind it (kind of like Supergirl at times)
I’ll ride it out, but it def needs to take some
Lessons from the other cow shows.
Unless of course they have no interest in making a great comic book show, and just a costumed crime drama.

I actually really enjoyed the first 2 episodes. It’s better than expected. Kind of a Gotham vibe which I absolutely loved. Let’s hope it gets better like Gotham did.

I can't even see my typing as some random vid keeps playing but is this any good? I just want to know if it is important to the crossover story, I realky don't want to start following a new show right now.
