The season finale of Lanterns hits HBO Max later tonight, and those who have been following and enjoying the DCU series are anxious to find out whether the episode will stick the landing.
Some (possible) vague reactions have been shared on social media, but there have been conflicting reports about whether anyone has actually seen "Dirt and Stars" yet.
We had been led to believe that critics had only been sent the first seven episodes for review purposes, but there is a possibility that a handful of influencers have been given access to the finale.
Even if the latter is true, these posts don't reveal anything major, but there could be some mild spoilers
One thing does seem certain: The finale won't wrap everything up in a neat bow, and will leave the door open for a second season.
Sinestro actor Ulrich Thomsen revealed that the season will end on a "cliffhanger" during a recent interview.
"It will be a great cliffhanger for sure. It’s a mystery… and with all mysteries they’re all coming together and there’s potential for more.”
It's also probably safe enough to assume that, whatever happens, the episode is going to divide opinion.
