It Sounds Like This DC Character Is Coming To LEGENDS OF TOMORROW To Replace Firestorm

Kid-Flash hasn't played much of a role in season four of The Flash and fans have been wondering for a while now what The CW has in store for Wally West. Well, during an interview at the TCA winter press tour, The CW President Mark Pedowitz dropped some hints that he'll appear in Legends of Tomorrow.

"You might see Wally West show up on Legends," the network boss revealed when asked about how the show will fill Firestorm's absence in the time-travelling series. Pushed for details on whether or not Wally will become a permanent member of the team, Pedowitz added, "You’ll have to watch!"

It's already been confirmed by Legends of Tomorrow executive producer Marc Guggenheim that Firestorm will be replaced by an existing Arrowverse character, and Wally definitely fits the bill. It no longer feels like there's a place for him in The Flash and the show could do with a powerful new hero. It would also be a lot of fun seeing him interact with characters we've not seen him with before.

What do you guys think? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments section.

BOOOOOOOOO Just make it Constantine if you're not gonna give him his own show. His show was cancelled but theres a reason this guy keeps getting called back every 2 years.

@Kevwebsz - If they do that it would probably be for only 1 season, they would get in the same situation they had with Arthur Davil, Tom Felton and other british actors since they dont live in the area they film

@Kevwebsz - exactly. Have him be the replacement for a season and then give him his own show again

Couldn't stand the actor that played Jefferson Jackson, he's not that great of an actor and always has that annoying facial expression. The guy that plays Wally West is also annoying and depressing, hope the show gets rid of both eventually. The original / main crew in these shows are fine though (also can't stand the guy that plays Wild Dog).

@Xionn - I really hate this wally too hopefully he will be recasted to our redhead wally they can think of good enough of an excuse so it can work if the guy who plays Barry will want to leave after the next season

@n1Ro - Grant Gustin wants to leave after the next season? :/ I think he's great, better than the Justice League Flash too.

@TRexx21 - I'm brown myself...haha. Just can't stand their acting, it's just too forced or depressing expressions, not interested in their characters at all and just annoying when they are on screen. Not just me as my dad watches too and can't stand either of them when they are on screen, they keep hoping they would get killed off :P. The rest of the current crew from Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl are all fine (for now).

@Xionn - Oh...and Curtis Holt, John Diggle are perfectly fine ;) Serious actors, decent expressions, not always getting in the way with sob stories or over acting etc.

So sad man. I really enjoyed Firestorm for the most part and the jax/stein relationship was one of my favorites. Hopefully they can show up for future events displaying their full power

Can't lie I would've loved to have Constantine back (and he could and definitely should whenever the occult is involved, would also be cool to be dealing with him in different time periods like 80's, present, and future) but I think The Legends having their own Speedster is a good thing. I wil certainly Miss Firestorm, and Jax's and Professor Stein's relationship was a bright spot of the show. Great character development over the past three seasons. I really hope we get to Jax and the Stein's again at least. It'd be nice to see how they're doing.

Not Wally [frick]ing West man, I really can't stand the actor who plays him he's so whiny and constantly in your face, Whiny Wally complaining about not having powers was part of what killed The Flash off last season for me.

The CW have spent years now trying to find a way to keep Matt Ryans' John Constantine on the small-screen - through his own TV Show, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow cameo, his own animated series - and now that there's a vacant slot to fill on Legends, they decide to turn him down...For Wally [frick]ing West? John Constantine is one of the most popular DC Comics characters of all time and Matt Ryans' take on the character is so popular with fans, but they turn him down on Legends for Wally West?

FFS man, this past year the CW have been shooting themselves in the foot - Season Six of 'Who's Laurel?' Arrow, Season Four 'WE'RE THE FLASH' of the Flash - and now they do this man just let it die.

It would be nice if Huntress could appear on LOT. Then we could have this team up again.

Why not just recast Professor Stein?

Although, it was pretty [frick]ing lame that they would run around in separate locations for 57 minutes an episode a la the '70s Hulk - I assume that was for budgetary reasons and not just lame AF writing.

@Batmangina - They killed off the character.

@bigdannymac - Like they killed the Canary and 23 other characters on the show with a Time Machine?

It makes sense considering their new "Suit Up" promo had Wally in it even though he's been pretty much written out of the Flash.
