LEGENDS OF TOMORROW Adds SUPERNATURAL Actress Courtney Ford As Damien Darhk's Daughter

Hot off a fun turn on Supernatural, Courtney Ford has signed on for a villainous role on the upcoming third season of DC's Legends of Tomorrow where she'll star opposite her husband, Brandon Routh.

Entertainment Weekly has learned that Legends of Tomorrow season three has cast Courtney Ford as Damien Darhk's daughter Eleanor, who is being described as a "smart and cunning woman with a charming dose of otherworldly creepiness. Her innocent looks can be disarming, but it’s all an act. This woman is dangerous with an uncanny ability to manipulate others, and is able to tell people exactly what they want to hear. She’s highly intelligent and is always several moves ahead."

She will make her series debut in episode five and will recur throughout the season. Details on her evil plans remain under wraps, but it's expected that she'll team with her mysteriously resurreceted father to take on our time-displaced heroes. Additionally, on a lighter (and slightly more hilarious) note, Ray Palmer, who is played by Ford's real-life husband Brandon Routh, will - for some inexplicable reason - find himself irresistibly attracted to Eleanor, despite her villainy.

Ford recently wrapped a five-episode arc on Supernatural and is also well known for her roles on Dexter, Parenthood, True Blood, Murder in the First, Revenge, and Fallout 4.

So, what do you guys think? Sound off with your thoughts below!

After the defeat of Eobard Thawne and his equally nefarious Legion of Doom, the Legends face a new threat created by their actions at the end of last season. In revisiting a moment in time that they had already participated in, they have essentially fractured the timeline and created anachronisms – a scattering of people, animals, and objects all across time! Our team must find a way to return all the anachronisms to their original timelines before the time stream falls apart. But before our Legends can jump back into action, Rip Hunter and his newly established Time Bureau call their methods into question. With the Time Bureau effectively the new sheriffs in town, the Legends disband – until Mick Rory discovers one of them in the middle of his well-deserved vacation in Aruba. Seeing this as an opportunity to continue their time traveling heroics, Sara wastes no time in getting the Legends back together.

We reunite with billionaire inventor Ray Palmer, the unconventional historian-turned-superhero Nate Heywood, and Professor Martin Stein and Jefferson “Jax” Jackson, who together form the meta-human Firestorm. Once reunited, the Legends will challenge the Time Bureau’s authority over the timeline and insist that however messy their methods may be, some problems are beyond the Bureau’s capabilities. Some problems can only be fixed by Legends.

Legends Of Tomorrow features:
Brandon Routh as Dr. Ray Palmer/The Atom
Victor Garber as Professor Martin Stein/Firestorm
Caity Lotz as Sara Lance/White Canary
Franz Drameh as Jefferson "Jax" Jackson/Firestorm
Dominic Purcell as Mick Rory/Heat Wave
Maisie Richardson-Sellers as Amaya Jiwe/Vixen
Nick Zano as Dr. Nate Heywood/Citizen Steel
Amy Pemberton as Gideon
Tala Ashe as Zari Adrianna Tomaz
Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter
Tracy Ifeachor as Kuasa
Wentworth Miller as Leonard Snart/Captain Cold
Neal McDonough as Damien Darhk
Courtney Ford as Eleanor Darhk

Legends Of Tomorrow returns with an all-new episode October 10

I like Brandon Routh, Scott Pilgrim Commentary paints him as a super nice guy who cares about his roles.

@TheBigkahuna - I know to normal guys able to one up a speedster they were great. Even Thawne and Cold rocked. The villains that season i.enjoyed more than the heroes, not that they were bad or anything.

I remember her from an episode of Big Bang Theory. She is gorgeous.

I had no idea she was married to Brandon Routh.
