In tonight's episode of The Flash, Martin Stein discovered that he now has a daughter who didn't exist before he set off on his adventures with the rest of the Legends. It's likely that his actions in the 1980s are what caused her creation, but Deadline reveals that Christina Brucato is now set to take on a recurring role in The CW series moving forward. However, what role will she end up playing there?

That remains to be seen, but it's interesting that she'll be making more than just the one appearance in Legends of Tomorrow. She doesn't hail from the source material, so there are sadly no clues there.

Maybe she'll take on a heroic role or will just play a key part in her father's life, but expect more to be revealed once the "Invasion!" crossover wraps up. Brucato's other credits include 37 and Orange is the New Black. There, she played a younger version of fan-favourite character Lolly during season four.
