It's about time the Legion of Doom show up in Legends of Tomorrow, and it appears as if we can look forward to that taking place in "The Chicago Way" next month. As you can see below, Eobard and Damien will be recruiting Malcolm Merlyn to the team while enacting a plan to take down the Legends.

The synopsis also makes it clear that Stein is hiding a big secret from the team, though the fact that Rory is going to get an "unexpected visitor" is even more interesting. How much do you want to bet that's a reference to Captain Cold, the villain we know will be the Legion of Doom's fourth member?

LEGION OF DOOM — When a new Time Aberration is discovered by the Legends, they find themselves headed to 1927 Chicago. The Legends quickly realize that they have been set up by Eobard Thawne (guest star Matt Letscher), Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) and the newest member of the Legion of Doom, Malcolm Merlyn (guest start John Barrowman). While everyone is trying to help fix what they think is the mission, Jax (Franz Drameh) encourages a reluctant Stein (Victor Garber) to share his secret with the other Legends. Stein is taken captive and Sara (Caity Lotz) must make the tough choice of either stopping the Legion of Doom or saving Stein. Meanwhile, Rory (Dominic Purcell) gets an unexpected visitor and is not sure how to handle it. Brandon Routh, Nick Zano and Maisie Richardson-Sellers also star. Ralph Hemecker directed the episode written by Sarah Nicole Jones & Ray Utarnachitt.

It was fantastic. Jonah Hex better join the team permanently for season 3, or else. Along with the rest of the JSA.

Just think, season two of Legends is all thanks to Barry and flash point. Anyway, agreed Hex needs to be on the team and Captain Cold will be a member of the Legion of Doom.

Best episode this season with a number of shout outs to classic westerns.

Jeff Fahey is the frickin GOAT

Love the homage to The Good, The Bad,and The Ugly scene where Eastwood's "Blondi" runs a scam where
he turns in a bounty, watches the guy get hung, then shoots the rope in half so they can go to another
town and collect more cash.

I chuckled at the SuperFriends reference. Ray Palmer said "Oooh. What's the "Trouble Alert say?" when the device which notifies them of the aberrations went off.

Can anyone tell me if we are suppose to get Ripp Hunter back this season? I feel like the show lesser without him

So with that ending that means the crossover is next week right? So, with Flash not being on back on election night does that mean we're all out of sync?
