Burt Ward Spotted Filming CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS; Does A New Set Photo Reveal Ace The Bat-Hound?

Although it’s still unclear who he will be playing in the upcoming crossover, a new set photo from Crisis on Infinite Earths provides fans with their first look at Burt Ward, who famously played Robin in the Batman series from the '60s.

While the photo below sees Ward decked out in the traditional Robin colors, it doesn’t confirm whether or not he is playing an older version of the Boy Wonder in Crisis.

However, it’s not just the possible clues to Ward’s character that have folks intrigued, as his canine companion has also caught the eye of fans. Specifically, the German Shepherd seen below has sparked speculation that this is actually the Arrowverse’s version of Ace the Bat-Hound, Batman’s loveable pooch.

The forthcoming Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover will kick off on December 8th with an episode of Supergirl and will see a plethora of fan-favorite characters unite to face the Anti-Monitor.

This should be edited together as an old school TV Movie event in two parts, or at least a miniseries. I'd buy a blu ray of this already.

He appeared to be reacting to something on set in the other pics.

The Michael Keaton one seems like quite the Easter Egg.

BTW was this posted anywhere yesterday?

They really manage to get every character that previously appeared in a DC property for this. At this point I'm not even surprised if they got Ryan Reynolds for this

That shirt looks like something a white guy with dreadlocks would wear.
