One of the fan favorite pairing from the fan-favorite
Young Justice animated series was Flash (Barry Allen), Kid Flash (Wally West) and uh...Flash (Jay Garrick). We may get to see a live-action version of that group in The CW's third season of
Flash as Jay Garrick (John Wesley Shipp) will appear in the second episode as confirmed in these new stills.
Speaking of
Young Justice, another key Speedster in the series was Impulse...how many more seasons do you think it will take before the show introduces the time-traveling grandson of Barry and Iris? In the comics, Impulse actually trained under Wally before eventually serving as an apprentice to Max Mercury. It would be very easy for The Flash showrunners to tweak that origin into Impulse training under Barry before serving under Jay.
The Flash season 3 kicks off next Tuesday at 8/7c on The CW.
