We recently learned that the season four premiere of The Flash will be titled "The Flash Reborn," and now Entertainment Weekly has revealed that we can expect to see a familiar face make her return in that episode. Britne Oldford will be reprising the role of Peek-a-Boo, a teleporting metahuman who has appeared twice in the series and popped up in three episodes of The Flash: Chronicles of Cisco.

During her first appearance, Peek-a-Boo was thwarted by the Fastest Man Alive when she and her boyfriend attempted to rob an armoured truck. After being imprisoned within S.T.A.R. Labs, she was later freed by Captain Cold and his sister Golden Glider and hasn't been seen or heard from since.

We have no idea what role she'll play in The Flash's season four premiere but there are a couple of different options. She could just be a meta who pops up and is taken down by Kid-Flash or the team may believe she can help them retrieve Barry Allen from the Speed Force. We'll just have to wait and see but expect more details - and possibly even a trailer - to be revealed at Comic-Con next weekend.

Hope this season goes back to the way it was in season 1, when the show was the best comic book on cable TV....but who knows

Currently watching Arrow S5 and people are right, it's by far the best season since 2 (maybe the best the show has done yet so far) and I really hope that it's a sign that the showrunners actually pay attention to what the fans want and say about their programs.

So maybe the "no speedster" thing is just the first step in correcting the course before it's too late!

Season 4: please be good!

with the complaints about this and other CBTV shows 'getting worse" as time goes on, its worth keeping in mind audiences becoming lethargic to patterns. AND in general, if these companies were smart theyd cap a CBTV shows life span at around 2-3 seasons. it sounds short but you could reshuffle the characters into ensemble vehicles, or new shows that help build the companies respective worlds. then we dont have to hear:

Is Queen just going to swoop in and save the day again, against another matched archer no less

Is Barry going to just going to speed in and save the day again after working through an inner turmoil he created for himself

Are Coulson and co, just going to save the day again against all odds against a C-List foe, and strangely enough without the aid of the super heroes who are super available to swoop in and bail them out
