Savitar will finally make his return in next week's episode of The Flash, and that will be the first we've seen of the mysterious Speed God since a trip to the future led to Barry Allen witnessing the death of Iris West at his hands. To communicate with him, the team will once again use Julian Albert - the former Doctor Alchemy - but that could be what Savitar wants as he looks to escape the Speed Force!

SAVITAR VISITS WALLY — While training with Barry (Grant Gustin), Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) starts to have visions of Savitar, which he hides from the team. A dangerous secret threatens Barry and Iris’ (Candice Patton) happiness. Alexandra La Roche directed the episode written by Andrew Kreisberg & Andrew Wilder.

One of the things that I really loved about "The Present" mid-Season finale was the scene where Savitar spoke through Julian and Tom Felton's acting was great in it. I am expecting to see that again judging by those pictures.

And by looking at that pic of Barry stabbed by one of his blade, it's likely Cisco will use it in order vibe and get a better clue of what is up with Savitar. In fact the final scene from the preview showing Savitar crawling out from that portal and screaming in a not threatening way as he usually does it while ignoring Barry, who is in front of him, is what makes me think that it is a vision into his past.

Can't wait for next Tuesday.

I really hope that Wally isn't the one to save the day and defeat Savitar.... even tho that's how the comics go

I'm starting to hate this whole "Scooby-Doo villain" template of the CW series. They do the same trick over and over again. All those seasosn are about guessing the real identity of the masked villain. The Dark Archer, Brother Blood, Reverse Flash, Zoom, Alchemy, Prometheus... (I've probably missed somebody, but you get the point). It really got boring at this point.

My theory is that all Barry has to do to save iris is simply bring Martian Manhunter to his world and shapeshifter as iris and take the hit. Presto!

If they were to kill Iris West on the show then Candice Patton would no longer be on it.

How is that a bad thing?

@fadersdream - Because she is nice to look at, and hasn't hit Felicity levels of irritating yet.

@TruePunishment - Candice Patton is a lovely girl, but there is more chemistry between Flash and anyone/everyone else that has ever been on the show.
It's funny because it reminds me of Erica Durance as lois lane and how forced that was, but it never worked. People just couldn't get behind it. Iris is the same, the actors don't work together and the personality they've given her is more annoying than anything.

@fadersdream - I 100% disagree with Erica Durance. She was one of the best things on that show, and most people view her as the best live action Lions Lane.
