If you though season one of Game Of Thrones had a lot of characters to focus on wait until you see season two. Along with the original group (those that survived anyway) there are at least 10 more faces that you will be getting familiar with over the course of the new season. One of whom is Rose Leslie as Ygritte, the Wildling girl that takes a fancy to Jon Snow. You can see the first official still of her below, as well as Nonso Anozie as Xaro Xhoan Daxos, Aimee Richardson as Myrcella Baratheon, Carive Van Houten as Melisandre and Natalie Dormer as Margaery Tyrell..

I haven't watched any of the episodes
but I may just watch Season 2 for the sole fact Natalie Dormer is in it.

You would be doing yourself a GREAT disservice by skipping season 1. This show will go down as one of the best shows of all-time if things continue in this fashion...i've read all the books, the potential is definately there. Just watch the first 2-3eps...i guarantee it, or your money back!!! ;)

My husband gifted me the boxed set of Game of Thrones season 1 on my birthday so I had the pleasure of watching the entire series again (with extras!). It was just as good the second time around, and was a great refresher before the next season comes out. This is such a well crafted show, and it deserves ALL of the praise it receives. I hope we have many more seasons to look forward to.
