The adventures of Ragnar Lothbrok: the greatest hero of his age. The series tells the saga of Ragnar's band of Viking brothers and his family as he rises to become King of the Viking tribes. As well as being a fearless warrior, Ragnar embodies the Norse traditions of devotion to the gods: legend has it that he was a direct descendant of Odin, the god of war and warriors.



Starring: Travis Fimmel as Ragnar Lothbrok, Clive Standen as Rollo, Gustaf Skarsgård as Floki, Alexander Ludwig as Bjorn Lothbrok, Alyssa Sutherland as Princess Aslaug, Maude Hirst as Helga and Katheryn Winnick as Lagertha.

New Vikings airs tonight, 10/9c on the History Channel also published by Zenescope Publishing and Titan Comics.

Gotta think the end is nigh for Ragnar. He is all dope sick from that sexy Asian chicks drugs, and the other Viking leaders want him dead. I hope he dies the way he did in real life(if he was real, there is some speculation about that). Thrown into a snake pit by King Aelle of Northumbria. Let's get into Bjorn's exploits and the great heathen army that was lead by Bjorn and his brother Ivar the boneless.

I have only seen the first season (pretty cool).
