Loki season 1 arrives on Blu-ray on September 26 and one of the two deleted scenes on the disc has now been revealed. Titled "The Standoff," we pick up with the God of Mischief and Sylvie on Lamentis-1 as the TVA arrives to detain them.
In the show, Loki and Sylvie share a tender moment before two Timedoors open in front of them. When we next see the Variants, they're being hauled away to separate interrogation rooms by the TVA.
However, in this version of the sequence, Loki attempts to save himself by claiming he's detained Sylvie as Judge Renslayer and Mobius watch on. She escapes from her doppelgänger but both are ultimately captured. While this sequence highlights the Asgardian's duplicitous nature, it would have also massively changed his and Sylvie's dynamic during subsequent episodes.
