Earlier this week, Marvel Studios released the first trailer for Loki season 2 and it was packed full of mind-bending hints at what's to come.
Following the death of He Who Remains, it appears the God of Mischief and Mobius will set out to save Earth-616 as chaos begins to take hold amid the rebirth of the Multiverse. This newly revealed promo art takes us back into the TVA and reminds us of just how weird the home of these timeline monitors is.
There's a lot of signage which will adorn the walls of the organisation created by Kang the Conqueror, along with some great shots of the show's lead characters and the returning Miss Minutes.
Loki is still widely considered Marvel Studios' best TV series so expectations for this second season are high, particularly after some recent disappointments.
Take a closer look at this new promo art below.
Loki season 2 picks up in the aftermath of the shocking season finale when Loki finds himself in a battle for the soul of the Time Variance Authority. Along with Mobius, Hunter B-15 and a team of new and returning characters, Loki navigates an ever-expanding and increasingly dangerous multiverse in search of Sylvie, Judge Renslayer, Miss Minutes and the truth of what it means to possess free will and glorious purpose.
The series stars Tom Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Rafael Casal, Tara Strong, Kate Dickie, Liz Carr, Neil Ellice, with Jonathan Majors, Ke Huy Quan and Owen Wilson.
Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead, Dan Deleeuw and Kasra Farahani direct episodes. The Head Writer is Eric Martin.
Loki season 2 begins streaming on October 6, exclusively on Disney+.
