Luke Cage Review by Nerds of the Soundtable

Luke Cage Review by Nerds of the Soundtable

Nerds of the Soundtable Podcast does a special Luke Cage review! First half spoiler free, second half, we go all out!

Well, it's been two weeks now since Marvel and Netflix teamed up again to deliver another hit, this time in the form of Harlem hero Luke Cage, and the Nerds of the Soundtable have gathered around to discuss it aplenty.

We understand that not everyone has had an opportunity to finish the show yet (damn, responsibilities!) and so we took that into consideration so that we could drop a little something for everyone! The first half of the show we bite our tongues and deliver you a nice, spoiler free review, talk about how this one holds up in respect to Marvel's other Netflix projects, and go into detail on some of the talent in the show.

In the second half, however, we go full dicks out, balls to the wall crazy and drop ALL of the spoilers so we can get down and dirty with the meat of the discussion, so for those of you who did binge watch the whole thing, which is probably most of the people reading an article such as this, make sure you stay tuned during the whole thing!

You can check out the episode, and all others like it over at the following link.

We also put out a new episode every week where we discuss all sorts of nerd culture that someone like you would probably find hella interesting. Anime, video games, movies, television shows, etc. We do a weekly Rumor Round Up episode as well where we talk about trailers and the latest rumors all in one spot. So make sure to subscribe!

Our Facebook page is facebook.com/nerdsofthesoundtable and you can interact with us there, and give us a like!

We also have a Go Fund Me going. We started this thing with nothing but a collective dream and a cell phone with which we could record on. Since then we have raised over 800 dollars and we have purchased professional microphones, a mixer, a soundcloud account, commissioned art, and a theme is under way. We are also working on our new studio and there is more equipment to be bought, so any donation helps, but there are incentives!

The top 3 donations all get rewarded with a guest spot on the show. For those of you who live out of state or out of country, we can skype you in.

The top 10 donations all get rewarded with a guest topic of their choice being featured on our show, that we have to discuss as if it were one of our own. So it's fun, but even $5 helps our cause and helps us realize our dreams!

In conclusion, I'd love for you to like, listen, and subscribe, but mostly we want to hear from you! What did you think of Luke Cage, this special, or our Podcast in general?Give us your thoughts, and comment so we can discuss with you! Thanks!
