MS. MARVEL Spoiler Stills From "Time And Again" Focus On The MCU's Past And Present

In yesterday's episode of Ms. Marvel, we finally learned more about Kamala Khan's family history. After weeks of teasing, we found out that her great-grandmother, Aisha, left her fellow ClanDestines after falling in love with a human man called Hasan.

Some crazy time-travel shenanigans saw Kamala take a trip back in time after Aisha used the bangle to bring her descendant into the past. With that, we found out that the stars Sana (Ms. Marvel's grandmother) believes led her back to her father were actually the energy constructs created by the teenager.

With Kamran's mother imbuing her son with powers, we're guessing a big fight is on the horizon in next week's finale...with the Department of Damage Control gunning for them both!

Now, Marvel Studios has released a batch of stills from "Time And Again," showcasing a number of key moments and characters. We see plenty from those outstanding flashbacks and also catch up with Kamala and Kamran in the present day. With any luck, Ms. Marvel is going to stick the landing with next week's finale as there's still lots to get to after this episode.

Ms. Marvel is a new, original series that introduces Kamala Khan, a Muslim American teenager growing up in Jersey City. An avid gamer and a voracious fan-fiction scribe, Kamala is a Super Hero mega fan with an oversized imagination—particularly when it comes to Captain Marvel. Yet Kamala feels like she doesn’t fit in at school and sometimes even at home—that is, until she gets super powers like the heroes she’s always looked up to. Life gets better with super powers, right?

Joining Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel in the show are Aramis Knight, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Laith Nakli, Azhar Usman, Travina Springer, and Nimra Bucha. Bisha K. Ali is the show's Head Writer, while episodes were directed by Adil El Arbi & Bilall Fallah, Meera Menon and Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy.

The first five episodes of Ms. Marvel are now streaming on Disney+.

I never knew about partition of india before this show. It's just something that wasn't taught in our schools, it was pretty cool to learn something.

I've been enjoying this show overall. I'm sure the finale will be mostly action but hopefully they stick the landing. They told us this wasn't Kamala final Form

@MyCoolYoung - I had heard of it but definitely not from school. This made me want to read into it more for sure.

@GhostDog - I was so ignorant to it. I legitimately never heard of it, now I'm knee deep in research because I feel embarrassed since this is a big deal

@MyCoolYoung - I'm no better. I only heard of it from a girl I briefly dated in college who was Indian and Pakistani. One of those things you wish you were aware of on your own.

Moderately enjoyable show. Other than some clunky nonsense with the dialogue it's been decent.

Nothing special but alright.

I'm really liking the "family-vibe" this show has. before this I hadn't been exposed to Pakistani culture at all. I love how close their family is

I thought the episode was okay but the show has lost what was really working in those first 2-3 episodes. Also the superhero stuff in this show was always lacking. One more episode to wrap up this fairly so-so story.

What a pity... The show started strong, very well directed and stylish in its first episode, but by this penultimate episode it's become so bad that it had me facepalming more than once. It's like the scripts for the show weren't really paid attention to nor were worked on much past draft stage. So much of the show falls into wither the laughably bad or the awfully cringeworthy and it's a shame because the leads sure are likeable and would've deserved a better-written show.
