A brand-new episode of Secret Invasion debuts on Disney+ tomorrow, and Marvel Studios has released a "previously on" recap video highlighting the biggest moments from the first two instalments of the dark espionage series.

If you haven't caught up yet, major spoilers follow.

After the shocking death of Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) and G'iah's (Emilia Clarke) betrayal of her father Talos (Ben Mendelsohn), Skrull insurgent leader Gravik (Kingsley Ben-Adir) is primed to launch further devastating attacks against the humans.

Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) is sure to have a few cards left up his sleeve, but even he doesn't currently know about Gravik's plan to create a more advanced, powerful Skrull (a Super-Skrull?) soldier.

Check out the recap video below.

"In Marvel Studios’ new series Secret Invasion, set in the present day MCU, Nick Fury learns of a clandestine invasion of Earth by a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls. Fury joins his allies, including Everett Ross, Maria Hill and the Skrull Talos, who has made a life for himself on Earth. Together they race against time to thwart an imminent Skrull invasion and save humanity."

The series stars Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Cobie Smulders, Martin Freeman, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Charlayne Woodard, Killian Scott, Samuel Adewunmi, Dermot Mulroney, Christopher McDonald, Katie Finneran, with Emilia Clarke, Olivia Colman, and Don Cheadle.

Ali Selim directs and executive-produces, along with fellow executive producers Kevin Feige, Jonathan Schwartz, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Samuel L. Jackson, Ali Selim, Kyle Bradstreet and Brian Tucker. Kyle Bradstreet is also the head writer, and Jennifer L. Booth, Allana Williams and Brant Englestein serve as co-executive producers.

You forgot about how fury, the former head of the greatest intelligence agency in America, somehow hasn't been viewed with respect from the American government due to his skin color.

OFF TOPIC! Deadpool 3 New Release Date.

My thoughts is Brave New World just finished filming and needs time for Special Effects and CGI.

Deadpool 3 is scheduled to release in theaters on May 3, 2024. It was originally slated to be the first film in Phase Six of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but then was bumped forward to be the final film of Phase Five and is now scheduled even earlier in the lineup.

Captain America: Brave New World was scheduled for a May 3, 2024, release, but it has since been delayed and will now arrive in theaters on July 26, 2024. Marvel has made some sweeping changes to their film schedule recently, with Captain America 4 being just one of the movies affected.

I’ve been loving this show and the way it’s building Nick Fury’s character. I like the darker tone for this specific story

@noahthegrand - I was hoping Olivia Colman would flip the guy in the chair with his butt in the air, injecting him with the needle saying, "Bottoms up" like X2 Mystique

There are things I really like about this show sprinkled about, but the majority of this show I don't like. It's half assed crack at the spy genre is dull and uninspired, and I find myself barely caring about anything at all happening on screen. Each episode has maybe 2 scenes that stand out as pretty great, but everything else is bland and predictable. The Fury and Rhodes scene was the only scene in the whole show so far that even worth watching.

Off topic: The "good" news for Indiana Jones and the Retirement Home of Doom is it beat the opening weekend of Superman Returns, which was released SEVENTEEN years ago.

There's no way Kathleen Kennedy and these people running things are THIS incompetent. The demoralization campaign marches on!
