With only two episodes of Ms. Marvel left on Disney+, it won't be long before all eyes are on She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. We're only a little over a month or so away from the character's long-awaited MCU debut, and Empire Online has now shared some comments from star Tatiana Maslany.

Those are accompanied by a new still from the series that shows She-Hulk turning heads. The visual effects, which came under fire from fans after that first trailer was released, definitely appear to have improved. We can't imagine Marvel Studios would release the show with the title character looking as she did in that sneak peek, but time will tell on that front.

Talking about the MCU's take on She-Hulk, Maslany said: "She really is the antithesis of most superhero narratives. There’s this great element of denial in her that’s relatable. For me, it was about rejecting what’s happened for as long as I could, as that’s what causes the fun tension between Jennifer and She-Hulk."

"She’s in a career that’s male-dominated and incredibly vicious and hierarchal," Maslany said of how becoming She-Hulk changes Jennifer's career trajectory. "When she’s heading this superhuman firm, that’s where we get some really fun characters that she’s either defending or in opposition of. It’s like this really absurd take on a legal show."

We're certainly intrigued to see where this story is heading, and the sensational superhero being part of the MCU promises to be a game-changer on any number of levels. Rumours continue to swirl about Daredevil showing up here, so it may set the stage for the Man Without Fear's upcoming show as well.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law follows the hero as she navigates the complicated life of a single, 30-something attorney who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk.

The nine-episode series welcomes a host of MCU vets, including Mark Ruffalo as Smart Hulk, Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky/the Abomination, and Benedict Wong as Wong. The cast also includes Ginger Gonzaga, Josh Segarra, Jameela Jamil, Jon Bass, and Renée Elise Goldsberry.

The series premieres on Disney+ on August 17.

Something about the hair doesn't seem right. Otherwise, i'd hit it (with gained consent)

@UniqNo - that's about the one thing I think looks off at best. Maybe it's the motion blur, maybe it's just that hair is hard to animate. I don't really know

@bkmeijer1 - It's too big maybe and doesn't fit with Malsany's face/head. Surely it would have been easier to animate it if it was in a pony tail or something? It also wouldn't get in the way when she's doing super hero stuff.

I'm assuming we've barely seen any of the animation so far though, so can't really judge.

@UniqNo - think it'll look better in the show. An early Youtube trailer probably doesn't do it justice indeed

Gorr, Namor, She-Hulk ... so many horrendous looking characters marvel has given us lately.

@Spawnnn - Gorr looks great, and from the leaked drawings, Namor does too. But yeah, She Hulk is a failure in the CGI department rn.

@KWilly - yeah, both characters are the spitting image of the source material, very impressive

Apparently, people who work with CGI think She-Hulk looks quite good. But hey, what do they know right?

"The CGI in She-Hulk sucks"
