SPONTANEOUS Star Hayley Law Wants To Play A Superhero And Shares Dashed SHE-HULK Hopes - EXCLUSIVE

Spontaneous is now available on Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Google Play, Microsoft Movies & TV, Sony PlayStation Video, FandangoNOW, and more. To celebrate the release of the movie which stars Katherine Langford, Charlie Plummer, and Hayley Law, we recently spoke to the latter about her memorable role in the bloody romance story (check out our 5* review here).

It's well worth checking out, and while we'll be bringing you the full interview tomorrow, we thought you guys would be interested in checking out what Law had to say about playing a superhero.

As it turns out, the actress is a huge fan of the genre and even hoped to land the role of Jennifer Walters in Disney+ TV series She-Hulk (it's unclear whether she ever actually auditioned).

"Oh, yeah. I would do anything," Law admitted. "I want to be a superhero so bad [Laughs]. Now, it's already cast, but when I saw that they were doing She-Hulk, I was like, 'I'm gonna work out and I'm gonna be She-Hulk!' Then I saw that Tatiana [Maslany] had been cast, and she's so good for it, but I was so disappointed. I would love to be any superhero."

"I love the movies, I would love to land a job where I can kick ass, and I love what comes with that," she continued. "I would love to be a role model for girls and boys, and I just love everything that comes with those movies, and I think I could handle it nicely, so that's definitely something I'm putting out there [Laughs]."

There are a lot of different characters Law could play in both the Marvel and DC Universes, though it remains to be seen which of those worlds she potentially winds up being part of. It's bound to happen at some point, however, regardless of whether it's on the big or small screen.

Spontaneous star is a bit of a stretch. I saw it and Black Box as a date night double feature the other day (both blew by the way) and she had about 4 minutes of screen time.

And slightly OT: after seeing bot Spontaneous and Cursed earlier this summer, the Langford girl doesn't impress me much either

Is this a mandatory interview question now? "Who do you want to be in the MCU?"
