In the closing moments of WandaVision, the Scarlet Witch defeated Agatha Harkness and used her reality-warping powers to trap the villain in her "Agnes" persona.
It was a strange, open-ended conclusion for the character and one which left us to wonder whether Agatha remained in Westview or was taken into custody for her role in what happened there. Now, a new WandaVision deleted scene offers a glimpse at what came next for the witch.
As you can see below, a police officer approaches "Agnes" to check she's okay, prompting her to flirt with him...to the sound of a studio audience cheering her on. This appears to suggest she's trapped in a sitcom (in her mind at least), leaving Agatha in a bizarre purgatory, of sorts.
Shortly after WandaVision concluded, Kathryn Hahn shared her thoughts on the villain's final fate.
"I think it’s kind of the worst," she said. "I actually do think it’s kind of the worst. I mean, to clip her wings and put her somewhere like that with boring people and not have anything to do. It’s the worst, it’s a nightmare. Yeah. I mean, [Wanda] basically lobotomized her."
"I say like, 'You’re cruel. You have no idea what you’re doing.' Yeah, by the very end, I’m like, 'You have no idea what you brought.' I’m really trying to get her to understand the ramifications," Hahn continued. "By the end, this girl has no idea what she’s doing."
It's been widely theorised that the apparent demise of the Scarlet Witch in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will be what breaks the spell and frees Agatha from her mental prison. However, she's likely to be powerless and will then have to track down Billy Maximoff to regain her access to magic.
In related news, we've learned that the upcoming WandaVision 4K SteelBook - which arrives on November 28 - will also include a Gag Reel and a featurette titled, "Through the Eras" which sees the cast and crew discuss the sitcom eras of the series.

WandaVision stars Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, and was the first series from Marvel Studios to stream exclusively on Disney+. The series is a blend of classic television and the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff and Vision - two super-powered beings living idealized suburban lives - begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.
