According to EW, Rya Kihlstedt (Dexter, Masters of Sex, Nashville) has joined the cast of Heroes Reborn in an undisclosed role. Whether she'll wind up a hero or villain, she joins Zachary Levi (Chuck), Robbie Kay (Once Upon a Time), Danika Yarosh (Shameless), and Judi Shekoni (Twilight); along with returning cast members Jack Coleman as Noah Bennet, Masi Oka as Hiro and Jimmy Jean-Louis as the Haitian.

Tim Kring also returns to develop the 13-episode miniseries, which will reconnect with the basic elements of the show’s first season where ordinary people were waking up to the fact that they had extraordinary abilities.

Seasons 1 & 2 were the best. After that, everything went to hell. Always hated how they depowered Peter Petrelli. And for no reason.

I liked Season 1. Really wished Season 1 had the original ending with Sylar and Peter having their full blown fight. Sylar was suppose to die at the end of Season 1 and we wouldn't get that storyline of him being good or him being bad the rest of the series

She wasn't anyone notable on Dexter, why are people noting her primarily from that show? And no she isn't Lyla, she played a shrink character called Dr. Michelle Ross.
