With just three weeks to go until The Book of Boba Fett premieres on Disney+, Lucasfilm has debuted a new 60-second trailer featuring plenty of fresh footage.

This latest teaser for The Mandalorian spinoff contains some stunning new shots, as we see Temuera Morrison's legendary bounty hunter return to the sands of Tatooine to stake his claim as the new head of the late Jabba the Hutt's crime syndicate. The promo also flashes-back to just after the events of The Return of The Jedi, confirming that this show will fill in some very important gaps.

Check out the new teaser below, and let us know what you hope to see from The Book of Boba Fett in the comments.

This trailer does shed a little more light on what fans can expect, but we still don't know a whole lot about The Book of Boba Fett. The Mandalorian season 2 finale post-credits scene saw the infamous bounty hunter arrive to Jabba the Hutt's palace on Tatooine along with Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen). After dispatching Bib Fortuna, Fett seemingly claimed Jabba's throne for himself, hinting that he also plans to take over the notorious gangster's crime syndicate.

Jon Favreau will produce TBOBF along with Dave Filoni and Robert Rodriguez, who helmed the Fett-centric chapter of The Mandalorian, "The Tragedy." Steph Green (HBO's Watchmen, The Americans) and Kevin Tancharoen (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) will direct episodes along with Rodriguez, Filoni and Bryce Dallas Howard.

Here’s the “widescreen” version since Twitter only shows the cut down “full screen” version. That’s why I hate watching videos on there.

Looks awesome. I’m all in on anything Favreau and Filoni touch. In fact I’d like them to touch me.

I don’t know that I’ll ever buy into the reverence that these shows want me to have for this guy, but I’ll check it out.

Legendary...thanks to all manner of non-canon stuff and one canonical season of Mando.

musics a bit over dramatic.

I think this might be the first Disney+ show I'll wait for all episodes to have been released, and then watch it.

It might have more focus on the main story episode-to-episode than The Mandalorian, but based on the latter I feel more like watching it close to each other

I wonder if they’ll ever have Han Solo appear in any of these. I still want Sebastian Stan as Luke somewhere though. We need more badass Luke scenes.

The way he pronounces Tatooine and Boba Fett make them seem alien again. Love it.
