OBI-WAN KENOBI: New Stills From Last Week's Episode Showcase [SPOILER]'s Return, Anakin Skywalker, And More

The final episode of Obi-Wan Kenobi arrives on Disney+ this Wednesday, and the hope now among fans is that Lucasfilm will deliver a satisfying conclusion to a story that has, thus far, been excellent.

We know the studio has struggled to stick the landing in the past (look no further than Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker for proof), but with Deborah Chow at the helm, we have little cause for concern. Of course, with episodes that have varied from 39 - 56 minutes over the past four weeks, making sure the story has room to breathe will be crucial.

Recently, there were rumblings online that the Obi-Wan Kenobi finale might be a giant-sized 1 hour, 33 minutes (as first reported by The Direct). That doesn't appear to be the case, though we are anticipating it clocking in somewhere around the 60-minute mark with credits.

We're sure that'll be enough time for Ben to defeat Darth Vader and save Luke Skywalker, right?

Time will tell, but Lucasfilm has just released a brand new gallery of Obi-Wan Kenobi spoiler stills from last week's penultimate chapter. As you can see, we get a great shot of The Grand Inquisitor's return following his apparent death at Reva's hands along with a wallpaper worthy short of Darth Vader unleashing the Force to tear that ship out of the sky.

Various other characters and moments also receive some attention, though we're sure many of you will appreciate a hi-res image of a young Obi-Wan and Anakin Skywalker duelling in the Jedi Temple.

Check out these new Obi-Wan Kenobi stills below and check back here tomorrow for more on the finale!

Vader stopping and pulling the ship down makes no sense, why didn’t he do that at the end of Rogue One or during the Deathstar battle or when the Falcon was escaping from Hoth? Lucas purposely decanonized The Force Unleashed games cause Starkiller was too powerful pulling ships down with the force.

@AnthonyVonGeek - Because both examples they were in space, and about to go to hyperspeed. And they were going at full speed. I dont think force unleashed was deconized because of that clone wars did it all the time.

@AnthonyVonGeek - Lucas didn't decanonize force unleashed. That was disney. And while I agree starkiller op, you can't compare a small passenger shuttle to a f@#$ing star destroyer. The precedent of lifting starcrafts was already set in empire.

Obi-Wan should have been the movie.

Han Solo should have been the series.

@GhostDog - Not too bothered by it but I wonder if they'll edit in and replace those scenes with an improved version later on.

This series should've been longer. I hoped we'd see a Clone Wars flashback with a younger Ahsoka but we'll probably see that in the Ahsoka series. Hope Obi-Wan appears in that alongside a few other Jedi.

@Killuminatic - Most of the shows shoulda been longer, they spend like five minutes.

@Killuminatic - I also kind of wish the flashback was during the Clone War when they were closer to brothers. However I think they’re trying to fudge it by comparing how Vader hasn’t moved past his issues as an apprentice.

I want the armor from the animated series that Obi-Wan and Anakin wore.

Overall really liked the episodes. Some effects were wonky but one of the best episodes of the show so far.

Does this show have its problems? Yes.
But so far when it delivers, it freaking delivers. The flashback scene and Vader's fight with Reva were so damn good.
