While Supernatural's return may be delayed indefinitely, The CW was still generous enough to provide Entertainment Weekly with six hi-res promotional stills from the final batch of episodes, not including the last two installments which have not yet completed filming due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Prior to the shutdown, only one day had been shot on episode nineteen and nothing had been shot for the series finale, which forced the network to hold the remaining episodes until an undetermined date.
The photos also confirm the return of two special guest stars in Felicia Day as Apocalypse World's Charlie and Emily Swallow as God's sister Amara, who may have a key part to play in the Winchester's plan to take down God (Rob Benedict).
Plus, we also get an early preview of episode fourteen, which may be one of the most fun installments of the season. Co-showrunner Andrew Dabb teases, “The episode when we come back is a really fun meta episode that allows you to see basically every holiday you want Sam and Dean to celebrate. Carving jack-o’-lanterns, carving the turkey, birthdays, it’s all there.” Co-showrunner Robert Singer then adds, “The boys get a visitor in the bunker who is quite the character. She basically says to them, ‘You’ve been holed up in this bunker, you’ve missed all these holidays.’”

But in the final battle of the show’s 14th season, they faced off against God Himself (Rob Benedict) – refusing to kill their surrogate nephilim son Jack (Alexander Calvert), and thus bringing about God’s decision to end this reality once and for all...
