WWE Superstar Finn Balor is a huge Marvel fan, and he's become well known for utilising body paint for some of his biggest matches. Over the years, that's included looks based on everyone from Carnage to Spider-Man 2099, but at NXT TakeOver: The End this evening, Balor was rocking a look clearly inspired by villainous symbiote Venom, a character who made his big screen debut in Spider-Man 3.

Talking to Marvel last year, Balor explained why Venom is one of his favourite characters to take inspiration from. "Venom would definitely be kind of my favorite more so for the fact that it was the first one that I had done on the independents in the United Kingdom. And the reaction it got, kind of the doors had opened for me to do it more often. So that would definitely be maybe my favorite."

During his time in Japan, the Irish wrestler utilised a number of Spider-Man inspired looks, and you can check those out in a great article over at Nerdist. Of course, for the vast majority of WWE fans, the biggest talking point to come out of Balor's appearance here is the fact that he was sporting the colours of a certain Club! Anyway, you can check out some photos and videos from the event below.

The Demon Finn Bálor makes one of his always awe-inspiring entrances and he prepares to challenge his bitter rival Samoa Joe for the NXT Championship in a historic Steel Cage Match.
