MORTAL KOMBAT: A Brutal Fatality Clip Has Leaked Online - Major SPOILERS

Mortal Kombat had its premiere in Thailand earlier this week, and, as expected, spoilers have begun to find their way online.

We recently shared a first look at Nitara (Mel Jarnson) prior to her battle with Kung Lao (Max Huang), and a short clip from their bloody fight scene has now leaked.

The footage sees the winged vampire swoop down upon a meditative Lao, who quickly leaps on her back while calling his razor-sharp hat into his hand. Using one of his signature fatalities from the games, the former Shaolin Monk flings the hat into the ground and saws Nitara in half on the spinning blade.

Flawless victory, indeed.

We were told to expect some pretty violent fatalities, but we're not sure anyone was anticipating this level of brutality!

Click HERE to check out the clip while it's still online.

In “Mortal Kombat,” MMA fighter Cole Young, accustomed to taking a beating for money, is unaware of his heritage—or why Outworld's Emperor Shang Tsung has sent his best warrior, Sub-Zero, an otherworldly Cryomancer, to hunt Cole down. Fearing for his family's safety, Cole goes in search of Sonya Blade at the direction of Jax, a Special Forces Major who bears the same strange dragon marking Cole was born with. Soon, he finds himself at the temple of Lord Raiden, an Elder God and the protector of Earthrealm, who grants sanctuary to those who bear the mark.
Here, Cole trains with experienced warriors Liu Kang, Kung Lao and rogue mercenary Kano, as he prepares to stand with Earth’s greatest champions against the enemies of Outworld in a high stakes battle for the universe. But will Cole be pushed hard enough to unlock his arcana—the immense power from within his soul—in time to save not only his family, but to stop Outworld once and for all?

Mortal Kombat is set for a simultaneous release in theaters and on HBO Max on April 23.

I watched the movie tonight, here is my review on it which I posted on the other post earlier. The movie was awesome. It has some cool easter eggs in it, some of the fatalities are just like in the game, some of the moves of some characters are just like in the game. Sub Zero and Scorpion are badass, Kano is funny and the casting for him is good, Kabal was good too. The fights are good and the CGI and special effects are good too. Also I thought the Cole Young character was ok, the actor is not the best but he did ok. And the Get over here line sounds better in the movie, its with less accent. Overall as a big fan of the games for many years, I enjoyed it a lot and I usually dont watch movies a 2nd time in cinema, but this one I will go watch it again. For me its a 8.5 or 9 out 10

@PrinceOfPersia - What’s Scorpion’s screen time looking like? I remember reading somewhere that he’s not in it much.

@TexasAvenger - Yeah I wish he was in it more, but I think he will be involved and appear more in the 2nd movie, but for me his moments in the movie are great.

@PrinceOfPersia -

My Aunt and her Husband saw it this week as well, but were less enthusiastic about it, although normally like action movies. Although they did also praise the fight scenes.

So I'm glad to read your review of it as a fan of the game, and that you enjoyed it.

I'm still looking forward to it 💪🏼

@SimplyAz - I think the fans of the game will enjoy it more, for me I was happy, because some of the moves and fatalities from the game was there, the fights were good and CGI was good too. Overall I feel they did manage to stick close to the game
