Penned by acclaimed Marvel comic book writer Dan Slott, Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions takes players on a mission to capture the magical energy of the Tablet of Order and Chaos, which has been shattered and scattered across parallel universes. Gamers are challenged to battle fan-favorite villains such as the lethal Kraven and a custom, never-before-seen Noir version of Hammerhead, in a quest to restore the fabric of reality.

This game is shaping up nicely ;)

Depending on how long it actually is, i just might grab it before it lowers in price. If it's over in 6 to 10 hours, i'm not get it.

I know that some of the information about the costumes was released yesterday, but I don't think anyone's posted screenshots yet (I just got them from Activision today).

This actually looks completely freaking awesome. Love that shot with Kraven at the other website. I kinda miss 2099.

@Shaman- Are you sure you DON'T want it to be that long? I personally prefer loooong games, there's nothing worse than a game you're enjoying being way to short.

This really is shaping to look pretty damned awesome! I still wish we were getting a free roaming game as good as Spider-Man 2 or Ultimate Spider-Man that takes full advantage of systems like the PS3 and 360's power but this will do nicely until then I suppose! :P

@telavizion I wish I knew... I'm not that familiar with 2099. I have the first few issues, but I couldn't really get into it.

Is it a 2099 version of the Green Goblin?

the iron spider isnt another dimension is it? i thought it follow what would be "present" spiderman. either way this game looks pretty good so far. i wish marvel would make other games besides just spiderman games. like what happended to xmen legends 3! the way the second ended i thought for sure there was going to be a sequal. i liked the punisher game that game out a few years ago back in 05 that was pretty fun. or how about an xmen game that doesnt revolve around the movies. hulk ultimate destruction was awesome as well.

This may sound far out, but I think the 'last' dimensions is from "What if? Spider-man Vs. Wolverine" - one of the coolest one-shots ever. It seems obscure, but based on Spidey's cosmic design, they're really close.



...if not, my guess would be 'symbiote', based on the amount of black in the suit (which would be more plausible) - I just don't see how that would be it's own dimension...
