Many thanks to Normal Nerds, who tweeted the info from arkhamcity.co.uk. So here it is your first look at Robin from the video game Batman: Arkham City, who will be available as a Best Buy Pre-Order exclusive. You can read more details from the Best Buy pre-order below the picture:

While supplies last, pre-order the game for an exclusive downloadable Robin character. Robin is a fully playable character in the new and improved challenge mode in Batman: Arkham City. The Tim Drake Robin pack is available exclusively to fans who pre-order the game from Best Buy on Xbox 360, PC and PS3. Robin comes complete with his own unique gadgets and special moves, and will be playable in all challenge maps in the game, as well as two additional challenge maps that are included with the pack: Black Mask Hideout and Freight Train Escape. The pack will also contain a bonus Red Robin character skin.


Batman: Arkham City hits shelves October 19th.

yeah I'll reserve my judgement until I see some of sort game play involving robin or when its in colour. He looks like that dude that played robin in nipplemachers batman movies.

So sick! The short sleeves might mean he'll maintain the classic red & green look instead of the more recent red & black look.

Anyone know if this offer is available in Canada?

Caught myself before posting something like "I can't wait to play with his staff!"

But seriously though, using the bo staff in combat should be pretty cool. I just hope they're not strecthing themselves to thin, coming up for Batman, Catwoman, and Robin movesets.

if they could put a character as "brilliant" as Robin in a game as dark as Batman: Arkham City do not understand why you could not do the same in Christopher Nolan's films, I hope they do at some point to silence all the critics character

He looks awesome, never thought I'd say that for Robin.
And I just noticed something...see that it says Tim Drake Robin, not Dick Grayson? Perhaps Nightwing will be involved in a potential third installment (if Tim Drake's the first Robin in the video game series, which looks obvious).

@thejrmack i understand the hate toward robin. he was brought into the picture to make batman more appealing to a younger audience. jor-el is supes father, and hes not as big of a character as robin is in bat's books. but robin is here now, he's part of the bat mythos, as long as there's a grown man in a bat costume, there will probably be a teenage boy in bright red and yellow jumping from rooftop to rooftop.
