VIDEO GAMES: New Chilling Stills Hit From ARKHAM ORIGINS DLC "Cold, Cold Heart"

"Should old acquaintance be forgot..." Some brand new stills have hit following the launch trailer for the latest DLC pack for Arkham Origins, titled Cold, Cold Heart. The stills feature Mr. Freeze, Nora Fries, Batman's latest suit, as well as a returning character from the main game. Check it Out!

Batman: Arkham Origins - "Cold, Cold Heart". In this extensive story add-on, players will unearth the tragic origin story of Mr. Freeze and learn how he earned his role as one of Batman's arch nemeses. Unfolding across iconic Gotham City locations, including Wayne Manor, Cold, ColdHeart equips players with the powerful Batman Extreme Environment (XE) suit and new gadgets including the Thermal Gloves and Thermocharged Batarangs. The game introduces several hours of all-new content in which players will battle through punishing, icy landscapes to witness Mr. Freeze's heart-pumping first encounter with the Dark Knight. Cold, Cold Heart will be available for purchase on the PlayStation Network, XboxLIVE and Steam beginning April 22. This add-on pack will be available to playerswho have purchased the Batman: Arkham Origins Season Pass and are connected to the Internet, or it can be purchased separately.

I wouldn't call them mind-blowing. Rocksteady is gonna take a fat shit all over this game once Arkham Knight is released.

Full-head mask Batman is epic IMO (its also a reason why i like the Batman beyond Costume).

With that said, Screw DLCs.
They have been a detriment to the gaming industry.

Plus I keep hearing all these reports of game breaking bugs for Arkham origins, and the devs came out and said they wouldn't fix it, but they expect people to buy DLCs?

I have both Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, and i will be skipping this game on my way to Arkham Knight.

I want to buy this DLC but damn all the glitches in the game bother me I haven't been able to finish the game on the harder difficulties because it freezes or things disappear !!

I really enjoyed the game, although it did fall a little short of the other two. Thought Deathstroke would have been in it more though. I'll probably download this at some point.

You can't possibly fit all of those characters into a movie. You need a game to have the time to include each one. That's why Arkham City is so great.

Love the Arkham games but why do they keep making the Batsuit look so ridiculously bulky? I know he's wearing some kind of thermal suit in the new DLC but those shots above make him look like a high tech hockey goalie. He does look a lot more streamlined in the new Arkham Knight game though.

Ok. I cant get an answer on any of the WB forums or any other site, so hopefully someone here can at least help me out. It is 5:30 here in AZ and I have a season pass yet I still don't see any new downloadable contents on this game. I have a PS3 but I cannot find this DLC anywhere. Is anybody else having this problem? Does someone here have a ps3 and has downloaded it yet? Ive waited since this announcement first hit. Are we sure it came out today?

@CPIXLEY You do know Rocksteady worked on this game before not being able to meet deadlines to release Arkham Origins (Last Gen)and Arkham Knight (Current Gen) on time, so they handed it off to WB Montreal after some issues with WB? So not sure why they would want to take a fat shit all over their own co produced product...

As for this...Very excited for some more story and how it might tie into the Arkham series. Can't wait for the next two rumored games out of this series. If they are smart they will get Paul Dini back on board.
