That would be one awesome suit to see on film. It gives off warrior vibes. So sadly that means it won't look anything like that.

Really? This girl who can't act will be starring in her own solo film?I'll still go watch it in theatres no doubt but I have a feeling this won't bode well for WB. She better be great in Batman vs Superman, if she's not well received in that film, it's going to be a problem. WB might be getting their shit together now but this could go two ways. In the words of God himself...

@Edgy I have a similar feeling to be honest. She has to be really badass in these two movies (kinda like Hulk in The Avengers). Otherwise, her solo film will not be appealing to me.

This is the most triumphant news ever! Now, I no longer have reservations about Justice League being rushed. We should get a Flash film, too. My only reservations, now are Gadot's acting abilities or lack thereof. But the proof of that would be in the pudding,if she really stinks then just replace her. Not rocket science. But the fact that they plan to follow up Justice League with a Wonder Woman prequel (and then maybe a Flash prequel and a Batfleck spin-off?) is just the best news ever. I'm fully on board, again.

JordanKing@ Have you forgotten the awful male solo superhero films that have been out from various studios, already? Perhaps we should put a stop to the productiof male solo films, huh, moron, would that make any sense? Lets run down thevery short list, shall we:
Barbarella (did well, but wasn't serious and was before 1978, 1989, 2000 and 2012).
Supergirl (did better than Superman III and Superman IV - The Quest For Peace).
Tank Girl (lesser known superhero came out in a year full of lesser known superheroes, the only success being The Mask which featured the biggest star in the world at that time).
Catwoman (Was based on the comic character in name only. Also Catwoman is a supervillian or an anti-hero at best).
Elektra (also falls into the supervillain/anti-hero category and was a spin-off of a flop).
I don't know about you, but this does not give a fair evaluation of the potential of a female superhero film. However, films like The Dark Knight, Spider-Man and The Avengers do give a fair evaluation. They tell us that superhero movies make money and are worth doing. And Wonder Woman is one of the biggest (arguably the third most significant) superheroes of all time.

There's a growing success in female lead films these days, look at the success of Gravity and Hunger Games with Divergent being released in March. Wonder Woman could ride off this at its peak.

It's cool how you guys can appraise someone's acting ability based off a minor role in a mindless action/racing movie.

Ms Marvel will have a movie before Wonder Woman but Wonder Woman will debut on film first.
