WONDER WOMAN 1984 Promo Art Reveals Another Fierce New Look At Kristen Wiig's Cheetah

Warner Bros. still hasn't released an official shot of Kristen Wiig's Cheetah, but promo art on some toy packaging reveals another new look at the deadly villain in Patty Jenkins's Wonder Woman 1984!

Wonder Woman 1984 could be pushed back to December if recent reports are to be believed, yet another sign that the studio has no intentions of sending the sequel straight to VOD platforms. That's sure to come as a blow to fans hungry for new content, but it's also not massively surprising.

However, there is some good news, because the closer we get to the film's original release date, the more fresh content we start seeing online.

It's true that there's still no new trailer, but some promo art on Hot Wheels toy packaging shows the deadly Cheetah (Kristen Wiig) in all her glory. Fans remain convinced that the meek and mild Dr. Barbara Minerva was going to be revealed in this form in a second trailer, but that hasn't been released, and a premiere date is unclear now Wonder Woman 1984 has been delayed.

This take on the classic comic book baddie is undeniably comic accurate, though we still don't know what balance of visual and practical effects director Patty Jenkins has decided on.
