X-Men Origins:Wolverine - Deadpool Ending

Upon learning of the multiple endings for the X-Men Origins: Wolverine movie, I was really excited.

But then, the Fox-reality set it.

The Wolverine Japan (Drinking to rememeber) is bad.

Stryker doing his best Bixby through the desert was worse.

REDEMPTION!!!

And finally the Wade Wilson/Deadpool ending is probably the most impressive thing I've seen in movies since the ridiculous size of David Bowie's codpiece in Labyrinth. (Come on, that thing had arms). He reaches for his own head, opens his eyes and say "Shhhh...". I nearly lifted the keyboard off the desk with my ragin' cajun' (sorry).

But I'll let you decide what you think. Keep the volume down, there's a bunch of tardmonkeys clamoring during the ending. While it does give you the urge to whip a box of jujubees at him, it'll do you know good sitting at home.

Weeelllll...if i go see it in theatres i'll stay till the end for the heck of it :P Not too bad but nothing spectacular i have to say, i like the way the camera moves and the way the movie seems to be filmed.

One thing though, wasnt his mouth sewn together in this movie? So how does he have a normal mouth? No signs of excess flesh or what not? :/

I saw the stryker ending before the credits were over.
AFTER the credits were done they showed the Deadpool ending. Best part of the whole movie!!!

@ dogchasingcars

If you look closely, he's got lips, normal ones. I'm not trying to be too picky but i dont think adamantium (did i spell it right?) claws can sculpt perfect lips. It's these tiny details that made LOTR and Eragon what they are; one of the greatest movies and a random fantasy flick, respectively.

he did sound like #24!!

ok then maybe wolvie made a cut when his head got cut off and we saw he was healing so maybe his lips grew back after they were cut

people in other threads are saying its a clone of wade wilson

ok, so i thought that this was a lie but holy shit i cant believe its true!!!

still i think its crap to be honest. fox obviously rushed this ending because a) they want to convince people who watched the copy to go see the film again and b) because of bad fan reaction to what they did to deadpool.

the stryker ending was the one i saw and it was crapbut i think i prefer it to this lame attempt as seeing this has put me off wanting a deadpool movie-i was hoping that the stupid XI idea was a clone!

I don't get it. I just read this on a different forum and something similiar on this website as well :

heres the DEADPOOL multiple ending from wolverine that wasnt included in the workprint version:

Basically they zoom in on the rubble of the destroyed nuclear plant. We see Deadpools hand out of the rumble and then we see his head on the floor. We then see a guy in a long black over coat with his hood up, kneel down and pick up the head. We then hear dialogue as the camera pans around, " who the hell are you supposed to be?" and as it pans around we see its Wade Wilson. (Ryan Reynolds). then the screen fades to black. BTW its after the credits.

so Wade is alive and well... Weapon XI was a Wade Clone.... DEADPOOL lives

Is this guy bullshitting? Is there 2 deadpool endings?

The lips thing can be explained by his healing ability, they sewed his lips shut and let him go before he was done cooking, so maybe the closed mouth surgery didn't take, simple explanation.

The Weapon XI ending is what I got in my theater.

on almost every comic book site there is a guy posting that exact paragraph. The one about wade standing over the head and fade to black. I don't believe that there is an ending out there like that. Especially if the only people talking about it seem to copy and paste the same rumour. smells fishy. to my knowledge there are two endings... the bar and the shhh...

another poor attempt in saving the movie... total crap. Man, Attack of the Show should show this whole movie in their EPIC FAIL segment! all the surprise ending clips deserve their own Epic Fails too...

It was a good movie. Way better than X3 or spiderman3. I'm pissed too that they aren't staying true to the characters in the comics, it sucks. But shit, there is sooo much bitching before people even see the damn thing. I really enjoyed it for what it was. It was kinda disappointing how short Gambits role was, and the lack of Cajun accent. It sucks what they did to deadpool, but the fight was pretty bad ass. I saw the secret ending with his hand coming out to grab his head and deadpool's eye opened up and he went, "shhhhhhh.." to the audience. I saw the wolverine bar ending on youtube. But I keep hearing about this 3rd ending witht the real deadpool(Ryan Renalds) walking up to the head lying on the ground. Supposedly the one they fought(weapon XI) is a clone of Deadpool. but so far there hasn't been any real proof of this except for numerous rumors on various sites. But i did find this quote from the director which leads me to believe that the 3rd ending is complete BS.

Director Gavin Hood says the theatrical version of "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," due out Friday, features two different "Easter egg" endings. The short bits of footage play after the credits and reveal important information about key characters. Hood says the two endings play on separate prints, so different theaters may show different footage.

I don't think Deadpool was really treated all that bad. Smart mouth with a hint of seriousness that makes you wonder if he's joking around or not. Check. Badass katana and martial arts skills. Check. Synthetically given healing factor. Check. Belt device which allows for teleportation. Checkish. Juggernaut's power giving ruby was turned into standard mutation. So I don't think it's that big of deal that they turned Deadpools teleportation device into another artificially given ability. So he was also given cyclops' eye-blasts. Seeing as how they seemed to be in the process of implementing that power and weren't quite finished yet when they were given the order to set him loose, it only makes perfect sense that the procedure wouldn't fully take and he'll no longer have this ability in a Deadpool movie (if there is one). The mind-control super-weapon thing is somewhat of a precursor to Stryker's future mutatant controlling in X-Men 2, widely considered to be one of the best comics book movies. It also helps to give more of a basis for more insanity within the Deadpool character in a future movie. (Again, if there is one).

I think we can all understand why that was the way the portrayed the teleporting in the movie, it is just much easier to explain then his belt. And I honestly think Ryan Reynolds played Deadpool with PERFECTION in the first of the movie. I could really really of handled everything they did to Deadpool if they had left his mouth alone. I would have liked to see him with his mask though!

My buddy told me there were 2 versions of the Japanese bar ending. He said he saw one with a hot geisha waitress - trumped the theatre version. (local girl apparently - GO CANUCKS!) Anyways - can anyone confirm this rumor? Has anyone seen the 'hot waitress' ending?

The ending doesn,t fix any of the issues that this movie's "Deadpool" created.

Deadpool's origin has one clear defined feature. That he was a failed experiment. In the movie he was a success and could have killed Wolverine if he was finished/ Sabretooth didn't team up with Wolverine/ Wolverine was the good guy and this was a movie.
