DARK PHOENIX Star Sophie Turner Promises A "Special Surprise" For X-MEN Fans Tomorrow

Will we see a new trailer for X-Men: Dark Phoenix tomorrow? Jean Grey actress Sophie Turner has shared a video promising that something will be released on Wednesday, but we're still not sure exactly what.

As we inch closer to Dark Phoenix's June 7 release date, 20th Century Fox will soon begin to amp up the marketing for what has now been confirmed to be the studio's final X-Men movie.

Now, Sophie Turner (Jean Grey) has shared a video message via the movie's official Twitter account, promising a "special surprise" for X-Men fans at some point tomorrow.

While there's obviously a decent chance this will be a new trailer, nothing has been classified and we'd usually get some kind of announcement teaser as a heads-up, so it could be something else entirely.

You'll have to check back tomorrow to find out what!

In DARK PHOENIX, the X-MEN face their most formidable and powerful foe: one of their own, Jean Grey. During a rescue mission in space, Jean is nearly killed when she is hit by a mysterious cosmic force. Once she returns home, this force not only makes her infinitely more powerful, but far more unstable. Wrestling with this entity inside her, Jean unleashes her powers in ways she can neither comprehend nor contain. With Jean spiraling out of control, and hurting the ones she loves most, she begins to unravel the very fabric that holds the X-Men together. Now, with this family falling apart, they must find a way to unite — not only to save Jean’s soul, but to save our very planet from aliens who wish to weaponize this force and rule the galaxy.

Also Starring James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Tye Sheridan, Alexandra Shipp, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Evan Peters and Jessica Chastain, the film is set to be released on June 7 in the UK (as X-Men: Dark Phoenix) and the U.S.

They gonna combine the Fox X-Men universe with MCU.
The fans will lose their minds.

Not going to happen. If anything it will be something to promote Dark Phoenix or The New Mutants will be pushed forward and released on a streaming service in order to get that disaster out of the way so the MCU have less hassle rebooting them.

@Frshcoupe - Yes we are and after I hope we enter the Galactus saga! My dream F4 cast is:

Mr. Fantastic - Charlie Cox

Invisible Woman - Emilia Clarke

Human Torch - Dylan O'Brien

The Thing - Vincent D'onofrio

Dr. Doom - Michael Fassbender

Fans will expect it is something to do with the MCU when in reality it will be the reveal of The New Mutants being pushed forward to be released on a streaming service such as Netflix or otherwise.

That way they dont have to spend as much on releasing the movie and the movie can be forgotten about quickly as opposed to being released in August or cancelled.

@Scarilian - lol what a surprise, a date pushed forward on a movie that was supposed to be out a year ago...

@Subtlespammer24 -
Indeed, but to be fair most people have forgotten completely about it and a Cloverfield Paradox style 'shove it to Netflix' might actually generate more hype than if it recieved a release in cinema.

@MUTO123 - seriously dude I have to tell you! ***POTENTIAL SPOILERS***

so apparently the avengers find a way to go back in time but are interrupted by thanos who is about to attack only to be stopped by SUPERMAN! Who proceeds to snap thanos’s neck and takes the gauntlet for himself.
He then snaps the avengers to bikini bottom only to find Godzilla is currently there with Namor and Mario in a frog suit.

The trio quickly take the avengers to the surface to land. The avengers thank their new friends and wave goodbye to explore the new land in front of them.

After searching the land they discover they are near the hidden leaf village which has been taken over by skynet. After a long battle the avengers are barely able to stand but their new friend shaggy is able to summon the one and only Captain Planet!

Once Cap thanks the avengers for trying to help he uses his power of heart to send them back to their universe. There they find a man at a desk seemingly awaiting for their arrival. He smiles and says

“What a twist”

M. Night Shyamalan is then seen with the infinity gauntlet in his hand and the screen fades...
