The writer of Matthew Vaughn's critically acclaimed adaptation of Kick-Ass and now X-Men: First Class has shared some interesting details on the upcoming prequel, including the rushed production schedule and what the director is bringing to this new take on the franchise. However, most interesting is what Goldman said about Kick-Ass 2. There are currently no plans for a sequel and all parties involved with the first one are busy with other projects!
