Super Hero Hype about the the sequel. More below:
"I have no choice. They contracted me for two options. I gotta get down with it," he joked. "We're at the ground level, but yeah I think there's going to be another one."
First film was very well received and grossed more than $350 million at the box office, so it's really not surprising that we might see another chapter with these characters. Fassbender won and was nominated for a lot of awards this year, for his portrayal of a sex addict in Steve McQueen's
Shame. He can next be seen in Steven Soderbergh's
Haywire and the Ridley Scott-directed sci-fi film
Prometheus.
