Tao Okamoto says she read the original comic book from Chris Claremont and Frank Miller where he character Mariko Yashida, "was more of a princess." But in the film from James Mangold, Mariko is a "tougher, stronger, more interesting woman." Hiroyuki also adds that Jackman is a great producer and made sure to take care of everyone on the set. Okamoto also discusses rehearsing a kissing scene with Hugh Jackman that made her swoon.

Its a confusing ass universe.I'll still watch it.Can't say I wouldn't welcome a reboot done correctly tho.

@MexicanSuperman There's 2 much going on. I get what ur saying but still.I'd rather they just start all over.New cast & everything n stop making it Wolvie & friends.Focus on the damn team as a group.All of the X-Men films revolve around Wolvie.Cyclops was a betch n he continued being a betch in SR. XD

Someone please give Hiroyuki Sanada his very own martial arts movie!

I can't believe that no one has grabbed this fantastic martial artist to make a really kick butt movie!

I'd love to see him make another streetfighter movie, I'm talking about the real original Streetfighter that Sonny Chiba played.
