First. That’s how the movie should have been made :
First 15 minutes :
(Exactly like its made at the beginning of the movie, with the young james, with the claws that poped out for THE FIRST TIME. That scene should have AT LEAST last 15 minutes. With the UNKNOW reason as WHY I have these claws. Because THAT’S whats a origins IS. To explain the ORIGINS.)
So a BIG 15 to 20 minutes for Logan as a CHILD. For a good START!
Then, the wars…
My god.
In the comics, it seems that Logan was so powerful on the battlefield, that government of CANADA and US was letting Logan fight for both country.
Because the weapon X project was so classified, that if US government should have been not able to use Logan in their army, they would have PUBLICLY SCANDALS the CANADA GOVERNMENT with their weapon X project. And, so, lot of things missing HERE. WITH A LOT OF POTENTIAL.
(But, that’s said, X-Men origins have one of the best INTRO GENERIQUE ever. The transitions are amazing, but was looking better in the WorkPrint version. YOU HAVE TO HATE THE IMAGE FILTER THEY PUT IN THE FINAL VERSION, the image quality is so BAD. )
Anyway.
* Why not showing Captain America while fighting in the war,
THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN AWSOME.
So a another 15 to 20 minutes just about the WARs, showing the solitude of Logan in the TRANCHÉ, his relationship with the autorities. Showing him LAST STANDING while everybody else are dead. Making his country the winning one because of his HEALING factor. Etc.
And then grown up, with no knowledge of who and where he came from. What is his mission, his destiny, the weapong X program then come in.
How about a recruit, just like in the movie, (When Stryker come and propose the creation of a special team with special previleges.) that part is cool. But need so much more explanation and developpement.
How about, we show some brainwashing and some brutality test done to Logan during is time at the lab of weapon X.
Show me a Logan fighting against a gigantesque Canadian GRIZLY ???
With the HELMET brainwashing Logan all the time (a la Clokwork Orange)
Clearly Wolverine is a violent character because of what they did to him. SHOW IT TO ME
(a scene in the movie, the guy from black eye peace said to Logan, what do they did to you man ? and Logan then answer back, DON’T ASK.
What the ****, I WANT TO KNOW, that, the ORIGINS man.
SHOW IT TO ME’ what the did to you, I paid to come and see that, not you fighting a super soldier at the end. I DON’T CARE’ the interesting PART of all LOGAN LIFE is the Weapon X program.
(I do like the scene where they put the adamentium in him, it’s just WAY TOO SHORT.)
SO easy like the rest of the movie SHOULD have BEEN only about the ORIGINS of the MOST DARKER CHARACTER in MARVEL LIBRARY.
Show me, WHAT I WANT TO SEE. Not some Xmen movie, it WAS NOT SUPPOSED to be a DAMN X-Men movie, we’ve seen 3 already. Come ON!
Show me the BEAST! The WOLVERINE, the KILLING MACHINE.
A really really DARK MOVIE’ and you finish it with the Logan arriving at the x-men mansion, I don’t care, but come ON! GIVE IT TO ME.
Clearly, MARVEL got a problem with the violent character, and I don’t know why, come on, how about a BLADE with no blood. A vampire with no blood scene would have been catastrophic, but they did a REALLY GOOD JOB with the first BLADE MOVIE. WHY not make WOLVERINE a 16+ violent hardcore action package bloody MOVIE!
Don’t tell me that the only GOOD movie MARVEL can make was BLADE.
One of the most unknown character in the marvel universe. COME ON!
They need to come back STRONG.
No, THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING RIGHT’ and stop trying to change thing that WORKS!
Such a BIG fan base, that will be so Angry with the movie, it SUCKED.
So. Lets hope they got their lesson, clairly the movie will not make as much money as intended. AND maybe they WILL WAKE UP and gave me a good THOR MOVIE. ???
Well indeed, have fun fans of the unfair, and don’t be shy to show us your disappointment, because lets be honest, you will not glorified that movie, not even on blu ray. NEXT ONE PLEASE!
