Wolverine: Where's the Rage?

Too much screaming, not enough rage.

I JUST SAW THE MOVIE SATURDAY NIGHT. I THOUGHT THE MOVIE WAS GOOD. THE STORY WAS WELL DONE BUT WAS A LITTLE SLUGGISH IN PLACES. I LIKED THE USAGE OF THE CHARACTERS IN THE MOVIE. I BELIEVE GAMBIT STOLE THE SHOW IN THE END. I LOVED HIS FIGHT SEENS AND THE COCKINESS OF THE CHARACTER. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE X-MEN ORIGINS: GAMBIT FEATURING MR. SINISTER AND THE MARAUDERS. THE ONLY THING OTHER THAN THE SLUGGISHNESS IN PLACES WAS THE LACK OF RAGE SHOWN BY WOLVERINE. IN X2 YOU SEE WOLVERINE KILL OVER 20 SOLDIERS IN THE X-MANSION, YOU ALSO SEE THE LAB WHERE THE ADMANTIUM BONDING PROCESS TAKES PLACE. YOU CAN SEE WHERE WOLVERINE WENT COMPLETELY CRAZY WHEN HE BROKE OUT. BUT AFTER HE WAKES UP AND JUMPS OUT OF THE TANK I EXPECTED TO SEE A HUGH BATTLE WITH WOLVERINE SLASHING HIS WAY THROUGH AT LEAST 30 SOLDIERS. SHOWING US THE RAGE THAT HAD BUILT UP INSIDE HIM. BUT I NEVER GOT THAT SIDE OF WOLVERINE FROM THE MOVIE. I HAVE HEARD IT SAID THAT THE REASON FOR THIS WAS THE PG-13 RATING, BUT THAT IS A WEAK EXCUSE CONSIDERING THE PREVIOUS X-MEN FILMS. I ALSO DID NOT LIKE THE FIGHT SEEN WITH WOLVERINE FIGHTING BACK TO BACK WITH SABERTOOTH. AFTER ALL THAT HAD HAPPENNED BETWEEN THEM YOU WOULD THINK THAT WOULD BE THE LAST THING TO HAPPEN. BUT IN THE END I BELIEVE THAT THE MOVIE WAS VERY ENTERTAINING AND VERY COMPLMENTARY TO THE X-MEN FILMS. I CAN'T WAIT TO A WOLVERINE SEQUEL. I'M ALSO VERY EXCITED TO MAGNETO AND X-MEN FIRST CLASS. I'M ALSO VERY HOPEFUL TO SEE GAMBIT AND DEADPOOL SPIN-OFFS. I'M EXCITED TO SEE WHAT ALL CAN COME FROM THIS.

I agree. In x-2 they talk about alkali lake and the facility being in the wilderness wherers as x-men origins its in the city. Whose right and whose wrong?
