Xavier's eyebrow hair isn't nearly as distracting as that long chin hair on Agent Coulson's dead girlfriend in the dream sequence.

Yeah according to other viewers who have done reviews on the trailer it seems as if Quiksilver is saving most of the classmates who attend the x-mansion I still believe that Jean Grey is having signs / foreshadowing of the Phoenix Force hopefully we will see more of this in the sequel it also appears that you believe will not be playing A huge role in this movie. You can also see that beast is wearing the same clothes that he was wearing in the x-mansion when he was captured along with Quicksilver mystique and one other mutant whose name I cannot recall for have that is Moria Taggart. I also really hope that they do not kill off apocalypse I would love to see him get more future based technology in the upcoming sequels if possible. And of course everyone already knows / can speculate that Professor X is looking at his first official class of x-men in the last shot in the trailer. That is one of the only things that is increasing my high for this movie I really want to see the few mutants will be the leaders of the next x-men along with their costumes as well

If Apocalypse only goes giant in that psychic fight I'm going to be so pissed.

Put your jimmies on rustle-watch.

That cartoon was amazing. Multi-episode arcs, fairly mature themes, and (even though it was often hammy as hell), really iconic performances. They don't make 'em like that anymore.

I really don't care to see him grow giant-sized. He's done it before in the comic, but never in a good storyline. The most menacing I've seen him is when he's trying to discard his body for someone else's, ad I hope that's what he wants with Professor.

I'd also accept an Xavier Ozymandias.

@Spock0Clock it was like an epic superhero soap opera, but the soap opera was good. They really delved into the character's mindsets and psychologies all while adapting classic comic storylines to perfection. 90s cb animated series were just great. We cant get anything like that today

Although we've had some gems...
R.I.P.

One of the biggest cons of not having the xmen in the mcu is the lack of guest appearances by marvels finest to fulfill the prophecies in the comics, also those pertinent continuity issues. One of the pros of fox possessing the X franchise is epic storytelling, unhampered by serialisation which is dogging the mcu as was glaringly obvious in the flawed but still highly entertaining aou.no pulling any punches because no one is seeking to complete the infinity gems, all the most recent xmen movies are self contained stand alone masterpieces, with multilayered sociopolitical commentary.take mcu quicksilver who was shabbily treated to satisfy the marvel execs vision for the infinity saga,as opposed to fox's quicksilver, who continues to open new vistas for singer's creative team to explore while entertaining the frick out of us in the process.pre first class i was with the revert xmen back to marvel crowd, but post first class when fox upped the ante,i just laid back, took the studio tinted glasses off,and savored the quality entertainment.so while we might never get to see marvels finest fighting alongside the xmen anytime soon, the foxmen franchise still satisfied my appetite for qualitative entertainment.all im saying in a nutshell is the mcu quicksilver sucked, bryan singers quicksilver kicks humongous ass lol!

There's still time to turn it around. The next time we see Whedon's Quicksilver, I bet he gets supercharged by terrigen crystals.

"Independence Day: Resurgence" trailer just premiered on FOX during football. It was about 2 minutes long and showed a lot. Youtube and the official movie site still do not have it for some reason. I hope it gets posted somewhere soon....
