According to IGN 18-year-old actress
Ellen Page will be playing Kitty Pryde (Shadowcat) in the highly anticipated X3 movie which is set to begin filming in Vancouver next week. Some of her previous film credits include Wilby Wonderful, TV series-Trailer Park Boys, and the upcoming Drama/Thriller Hard Candy. She will be joining fellow X3 cast members such as Hugh Jackman, Halle Berry, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, and Famke Janssen along with newcomers Vinnie Jones, Kelsey Grammer, and Ben Foster.
The site also adds, that the part of Warren 'Angel' Worthington's father has not yet been cast, while Daniel Cudmore will be returning as Colossus in X3 and Alan Cumming (Nightcrawler) will definitely not be back for the next installment.
