X-Men: Apocalypse is all-set to make its epic debut in less than a month, but it looks like a handful of lucky fans will get to see the Bryan Singer-directed film as soon as next week. Early this morning, 20th Century Fox UK announced a global fan screening in London on May 9, which certainly bodes well for their confidence in the latest installment in their long-running X-Men franchise. Further details on how to attend will be provided at 3PM on the X-Men Movies Facebook. In the meantime, check out a new promotional poster below:

Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel's X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign.
