Even though 20th Century Fox's second superhero entry of the year, the gargantuan X-Men: Apocalypse, didn't manage to attain the same level of success as its predecessor, the critically acclaimed X-Men: Days of the Future Past, it has had a pretty solid run at the worldwide box office, amassing to date over $533 million globally, which makes it the third highest grossing X-Men movie of all-time and eighth highest grossing movie of 2016.

Entertainment Weekly has obtained details on its upcoming home video release. The film will arrive on Digital HD on September 9 followed by a release on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, and DVD nearly a month later on October 4

The Blu-ray special features will include deleted and extended scenes (with optional introductions from director Bryan Singer), a gag reel, a wrap party video, audio commentary by Singer and screenwriter/producer Simon Kinberg, an extensive behind-the-scenes documentary, and an exclusive photo gallery.

Plus, here are eight never-before-seen stills along with a limited-edition Dazzler cover that fans who pre-order the film at Fox's booth at San Diego Comic-Con next weekend will receive:

Audio commentary from Bryan Singer and Simon Kinberg sounds to me like the worst movie watching experience imaginable.

That movie was a chore to get through. And I'm probably the biggest DofP mark there is.

Not to be a dick, but does anyone even care about or want this? Apocalypse was the least talked about CBM of the year so far (and is guaranteed to stay that way). Fox and Singer need to divorce.
