Maleficent and 20th Century Fox's
X-Men: Days of Future Past. The images below, feature alternate designs for Angelina Jolie's semi-villainous title character and Ellen Page's mutant-time-machine, Kitty Pryde.
Both films are doing very well at the box office. This past weekend,
X-Men: Days of Future Past became the top grossing film of 2014 when it hit the $713M mark, and
Maleficent joined the $200M club (domestic) in its fifth week of release.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 also reached the $200M benchmark but it took nine weeks to do so.
