While this was meant to happen anyway, the interesting part is that the Sam Mendes-directed 23rd James Bond Skyfall grossed $1 billion at the global box office ($289,600,000 domestic, $710,600,000 internationally), without China. Skyfall is the 14th movie ever to pass $1 billion worldwide. Starring Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Javier Bardem, Judi Dench, Naomie Harris, Berenice Marlohe, Albert Finney and Ben Whishaw, Skyfall is now playing in theatres.
