Chris Pratt Hasn't Heard Anything About INDIANA JONES; Would He Be Interested?

Talking on the red carpet of last night's Oscars, Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World star Chris Pratt was asked whether or not there's any truth to those Indiana Jones rumours, whether he would be interested in the role, and what would be needed to make him sign up...

"It's all nothing 'till it's something, and so far it's not something," Chris Pratt said when asked to address the rumours that he will play Indiana Jones in Disney's planned reboot of the Lucasfilm property. As for whether he feels the pressure of potentially taking over the role made famous by Harrison Ford, the Guardians of the Galaxy star added: "No, I don't think it's overwhelming to contemplate. It'd be cool. No one's called me, you know, there's a lot of talk about it. The pressure would come just because it's a great franchise, you wouldn't wanna get it wrong. So, for me, it would have to be perfect to do it. We'll see." What do you think about these comments?

Meh, there are better choices for Indy imo.

Please no; I like Chris Pratt, but I don't want him in everything (figuratively). The same thing happened with Benedict Cumberbatch as "Khan" in Into Darkness, and all of a sudden everyone wanted him in everything.

I would give up both nuts to see Dinklage play Indy. Give him the same size hat as Harrison...unless you can make it slightly bigger.

Just like Marky I also like Chris. But there is only one Indy and one Hans solo. Let him stay away from Indy and let him pick another role. He probably has plenty roles that he can choose from these days. Just because he is amazing as Star lord does not mean that he is suddenly entitled to all the iconic movie roles.

I doubt he'd wanna do it. Between GOTG and Jurassic World, it seems like people are trying to to typecast him as the new action guy, and CP seems like the kind of guy who prefers a variety of roles.

Let Pratt enjoy his roller coaster of fame, dude deserves it. Take over all Harrison Ford reboots too…
Oh, Harison Fords in Star Wars?? Not anymore, Chris Pratt Face CGI over Fords face… Done!

what they really need to look into is a Bert Macklen movie! Starring Christopher Pratt!

I think this franchise has the opportunity to be Bond like in terms of recasting when necessary and continuously just making up different stories. I dont want Chris Pratt in this bc I dont want him in everything thats a similar type of a role being a leadong action hero. It would be refreshing to see him change it up

I say leave the characters in the movies of the '80's alone. No Bonding for the characters of Star Wars, Indiana Jones or Back to the Future. If you want to tell a story in the universe of those trilogies, USE NEW CHARACTERS. If you have an archeologist story that simply must be told, because it's just soooooooooo good (I doubt you do) tell the story without Dr. Jones. It's OK for some things to ride off int the sunset. geez

I don't think I want them to reboot Indiana Jones....

I'd rather they focus on something original and leave Indiana Jones alone....
