Netflix pumps out a lot of original content. Whether it be a new T.V series, limited series or movie, for the most part it is a t least worth a look. Often times they're even based on a really exciting and fun idea that warrants attention. That is indeed the case here with Close. Starring Noomi Rapace of Girl With the Dragon Tattoo fame, she plays a counter terrorism expert turned bodyguard assigned the task of protecting the life of billionaire heiress Zoe.
The trailer looked great, action packed with flickers of Bourne or Taken and as a fan of Rapace I was pretty hopeful that this might turn out pretty good. The movie indeed has its moments and flashes of greatness but falls way short of its over arching potential.

RECASTS- This is where I take a new release movie and shift its release date by a decade or two and RECAST the movie with actors from that time.I also talk a bit about how I think the film would have looked and felt during that era and discuss who might have directed the movie and why.
5 THINGS STILL GREAT ABOUT- This is a new segment looking back at videos game of old and instead of reviewing them and pulling them apart for their dated graphics and game play, instead I look at what is STILL GREAT about the game. Fun, light-hearted and hopefully gets you looking at older games in a new light.
