With Avengers: Endgame releasing in the first third of this year, I'm taking the time to do Rewind Reviews of all the Marvel Cinematic Universe films. Now, for the most part, the MCU delivers some of the most consistantly highly quality block busters anyone could ask for, that said the MCU isn't immune to the odd average film. Iron Man 2 follows up the Black Sheep of the Universe, The Incredible Hulk and the incredible Iron Man both from 2008. Though a funny, bold and light hearted entry, the film does fall flat in many regards and proves that simply multipling everything by two- Two Iron Men, two bad guys, two hot girls, two dad stories; simply doesn't make something better.
