Christoph Waltz Reportedly Joins JAMES BOND 24 As Lead Villain

Christoph Waltz is no stranger to playing a villain, and according to a new report, it sounds as if he may have joined the cast of Sam Mendes' James Bond 24 as the lead villain.

The Daily Mail's Baz Bamigboye has sent out a Tweet in which he says that Academy Award winning actor Christoph Waltz has joined the cast of James Bond 24 as the movie's lead villain. This was a role which Chiwetel Ejiofor had been in talks for, but The Wrap reveals that those discussions came to nothing and Waltz is now apparently taking over that role.

The site adds that Lea Seydoux and Guardians of the Galaxy's Dave Bautista are both still expected to join the cast as well as a femme fatale and henchman, respectively. Skyfall earned over $1 billion at the box ofice and the currently untitled James Bond 24 reaches us around this time next year. Thoughts?

Damn, I would've loved Ejiofor but Waltz is great too! Also, fun fact: Waltz was originally in talks for the Pirates 5 villain role, but dropped and Javier Bardem took over. ITS ALL CONNECTED.

Also, El Mayiambe right again with Bautista as the henchmen.

He is my favourite actor, I want him to literally get as many Academy Award winning performances as possible so anytime he attaches himself to anything with a chance I will swoon all over it. Build that filmography.

Right now Inglorious Basterds/ Django Unchained are his tops. Here's to hoping for Big Eyes and Bond 24 to be in the mix. Super pumped.
