As huge fans of the Mission Impossible series, Fallout was extremely high on our most anticipated films of 2018. Tom Cruise has always thrown his all into all of his movies but never more so then his Mission Impossible series and certainly never more so then here in Fallout.

As the first true sequel for the series, picking up mere months after Rogue Nation, Fallout also carries over Rogue Nation director Christopher McQuarrie who prove himself to be the most underrated action director in the business. Tom Cruise's commitment to doing everything himself in camera is what separates films like Fallout (possibly even every film in the series) apart from others of its ilk. Fast paced, detailed and meticulously choreographed, each sequence is jaw dropping and nail bitingly intense because you know a real actor was there doing all of it. Films like this deserve so much credit as they legitimately deserve our money.

Where there is Cg it is to fill in a background and its near impossible to find. The performances were incredible with the standout being Henry Cavill as the hammer that is August Walker. featured heavily in the now infamous bathroom brawl where he loads his fists, Cavill delivers a powerful performance and proves to be a solid fit alongside Cruise's Hunt.
