Go ahead and hit me if you want, but I never liked the series. This however looks a little less campy, and alot better. I'm looking forward to this.

I wasn't a fan of the series, but this might actually be entertaining. Weird cast range, but interesting.

I think they did a great job with the cast. That is what appeals to me most. Rampage is the only one I have the slightest concern about. Grif is happy...solid way to end the week.

Yeah its under the umbrella Fox (for distribution purposes for the most part) , but it is also headed up by Scott Free (Tony and Ridley's production company) so you know that it is gonna be very high octane. It is directed by Joe Carnahan who directed Narc and both Smoking Aces movies, which are both gritty, intense and down right fun.

But the best part about the A-Team movie is that Stephen J. Canal (the very guy that brought the team to life in the 80sis both producer and head source writer and created it.)

Time and again, I have said if a remake of an old show, series, comic book, etc is gonna be successful it must have the original creator on the forefront of its production. Whether used as a head creative consultant to the source material or producing it.

Its an origin piece thrust in modern day and if successful it could be the start of a franchise.

I love how they show parts (without revealing much in the trailer) of their escape which was really awesome by the way)

Its no "trailer movie" where the entire movie was shown in two minutes or less. But they gave us a taste of their chemistry together and how they embody their character counterparts from the show.

Yeah that made me very happy to watch and I am glad that my childhood will be done justice

I can't wait to watch it.

I like how they replaced "I pity the fool." with "Sucks to be you, Homie." This looks like a good movie and all of the characters are going to be dead on.

I gotta say I was dreading this initially.

I mean this was a staple of my childhood. The stories and characters were SO over the top and goofy, but it was perfect for the time.

I feared they'd turn it into a comedy. Or worse - See G.I. Joe (also known as Revenge of the Killer Tomatoes for the 21st century).

But looking at the trailer, it looks like they've found a balance between goofy fun and playing it straight.

Looking forward to it!

I agree, Terry Crews would have been a better BA.
Based on the set pics, no the Van is NOT accurate.
And BA never said "I pity the fool"

As campy and silly and unrealistic as the tv show was, during the first 3 seasons, it was one of the best and most well-liked shows on the tube. Sure, these days for an action series to work, it has to be gritty, dark, and realistic, but in the mid-80's there was a more positive outlook, and that's why show's like this worked. Anyone who wouldn't like the show now, wouldn't like sitcoms from the 80's either. Just a different mood. I've had nothing but negative comments to say about this movie, so I know I sound like I'm just bitching and moaning, but this movie should never have been made.
Again, like music re-makes, other tv show remakes, and even the Star Wars prequels, typically, the people who like the new stuff, don't like the old stuff, so these types of things don't really create a "new generation" of fans. It just ruins a great idea by beating it to death.

For all who thinks Cooper should be Garner, uh uh. I finally watched The Hangover and if were to cut his hair right, he IS Hal Jordan. F*** Reynolds, I'm sorry, but Cooper looks more of the part. Anyways, I LOOOOOVE the A-Team and this trailer... wish B.A. would have Mr. T's crazy accent then I'd be sold.
